Every answer starts as a tool call rather than a guess, using the same catalog and pincode reads your admin uses. If a read comes back empty, the reply says so; it never fills the gap with something plausible-sounding.

Nothing about the identity gate is a prompt instruction an attacker could talk around. It is a server-side check the tools themselves refuse to skip. And underneath every turn sits the same bright line every CharvaX surface holds: the AI receives a name and business signals — never contact details, addresses, payment info or IDs.
