Lodge a complaint

If something has gone wrong with our service, tell us here. Your complaint goes to our Grievance Officer. As soon as you send it, you see its reference number and a copy of your complaint as we recorded it. We acknowledge it by email within 48 hours, and we resolve it within one month of receiving it.

• You receive an email with your reference number. It normally arrives at once, and always within 48 hours. It does not repeat what you wrote: it has a link you can use to have a copy of your complaint, exactly as we recorded it, emailed to you.
• We look into your complaint and write to you with our resolution within one month of receiving it.
• Quote your reference number whenever you write to us about it.

We record a complaint that reaches us that way just as we record one sent through this form, and we acknowledge it within 48 hours with its reference number and a copy of the complaint as we recorded it.

5. Your details

We use the details you give here only to record, look into and resolve your complaint, and to write to you about it. They are stored in our database and the acknowledgement is sent through our email provider, as our Privacy Policy describes. No Meta or Google tag loads on the complaint pages, so neither receives what you type there. Please do not include card numbers, passwords or anything else you would not put in an email.
